This set is suitable for an external pedestrian gate. A 2 code external keypad (Videx 800s) control a 'midi' external maglock. The power supply has an external housing. We recommend the optional SP80s exit button.
This is an internal door set for a store room. It has a 10 user keypad operating a budget latch release. There is no need for an exit button if the door fitting has an internal knob.

Front door access requires a better quality lock with the security feature of battery backup and door monitoring. The card access controller is in two parts. The processor and relay contacts are in the power supply in a secure area. Note the 'f' suffix, which specifies the flush stainless steel reader. We recommend an exit button for the reception desk.
Door access is often related to an existing intercom, or where no access control device is needed. Locking magnets need a timer to unlock the door long enough to pass through, so this set includes an exit button with a built in timer.

A heavy duty external gate lock on this set is triggered by radio transmitter. Applications might be a school play ground, or farm gate. A heavy duty power supply (4339) is fitted with a RE432 and slave relay. Two transmitters are supplied. There is no need for an exit button with radio controls.
This set is for a secondary building entrance, or a primary entrance with alternative security locking. DG30 has both card and PIN code access. We recommend an exit button or a second reader on the inside. There should always be an emergency release for building exits.
